Here’s a fun fact: the very first transatlantic passenger journey took place aboard an airship — and it was luxury at its finest. These skybound giants offered a truly unforgettable experience, with private cabins, gourmet dining, and elegant lounges boasting stunning views. Inspired by these stylish flying machines, we’ve designed a detailed 3D wooden model of an airship — complete with its iconic balloon, gondola, propellers, and that unmistakable vintage flair. Luminous Zeppelin is easy to fall in love with — just look at how beautifully crafted it is. But its vintage charm is only part of the story. Our Zeppelin is a DIY project with an impressive 487 pieces, and it’s also a functional lantern, working as a table lamp or a hanging light (wall-mount hardware is included in the kit). Inside the balloon, a warm LED strip casts a cozy, inviting glow. To turn the light on, simply twist the lever on the zeppelin’s cabin.

As part of WoodTrick’s Electro Series, this model is powered by three AA batteries (not included). They bring the warm yellow LED strip inside the balloon to life, filling the space with a soft, welcoming glow. What gives the Zeppelin its distinctive engineering charm are the moving parts — the propellers spin, and the tail is fully articulated, adding a touch of realism to the design. You can choose how to display your finished piece: place it on the included stand, or mount it on the wall using the flexible bracket to let it “float” like a real airship.
